Description/Rules:  The contestant may choose to run the course starting with either the left or right hand barrel. The rider and horse gallops down to the far first barrel and plucks a flag out of the bucket on top the barrel, then races back to the closest second barrel and must toss, throw or plant the flag in the bucket on top of the second barrel (a large barrel with an open end can be used for the first barrel instead of a bucket).  Knocking over the first barrel or bucket results in a five second penalty.  The contestant will be disqualified for knocking over the second barrel or bucket, for the flag not making it into or staying into the far second barrel or bucket, or if the horse does not follow the required pattern.  The flag must stay in the second bucket to receive a time and the fastest time wins.
